STORY:
THOUGHTS: Pretty to look at, at that's about it. The storyline is convoluted and rushed. It takes far too long to explain the backstory of Kimera, Kianu and Ginzu. The pseudo-rape scene nothing but fanservice. This anime would have been better served with a longer running time (the anime is only 45 minutes long). The story itself (alien vampires) is actually somewhat interesting and I would have liked to have seen this expanded to at least 90 minutes. As it is, there are far better ways to spend 45 minutes - but the animation quality is good, so it isn't a complete waste of time.ANIMATION QUALITY: The anime quality is quite high for what seems like a throw-away production. Character design (especially Kimera and Kianu) is excellent. Pity the storyline couldn't match the quality of the animation itself. On a side note, the music is terrible - mostly techno remixes of classical pieces.
TRANSLATION: The dubbing is adequate. Voice acting on both the original and the dub are good. I recommend watching is subtitled, as the backstory is easier to follow. Also, they dubbing glosses over any ambiguity with regards to Kimera's sexuality.
